CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because many of my services require several hours behind the chair, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those appointment times and prevent other guests from booking. ✨ 48+ Hours Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. ✨ 24–48 Hour Cancellations Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24–48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 25% of the reserved service amount. ✨ Less Than 24 Hours Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount. ✨ No-Shows Guests who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. ✨ Card on File A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments and will be used for any applicable cancellation fees. ✨ Late Arrivals Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy. I understand that life happens and emergencies arise. My goal is not to penalize clients, but to protect the time reserved for each guest and maintain fairness for those waiting for appointments.
